Sophie Adenot, prima astronaută franceză care a efectuat o ieşire extravehiculară în spaţiu

Sophie Adenot became the first French female astronaut to conduct a spacewalk, alongside Anil Menon, but they could not complete all planned tasks due to time constraints. They successfully removed a faulty antenna but could not replace it. Adenot expressed her excitement during the mission, highlighting the importance of teamwork in such operations. She is the second European woman to perform a spacewalk, following Samantha Cristoforetti in 2022. Adenot has a background in engineering and was inspired by Claudie Haigneré, the first French woman in space.
