Trust varies by environment, age, and education, with urban areas showing 63.2% confidence compared to under 50% in rural areas. The far-right AUR party is identified as a major influence on vaccine skepticism, with 48.2% of its supporters expressing distrust. In contrast, 91.6% of USR voters trust scientific expertise. Overall, 72.1% of Romanians feel the country is heading in the wrong direction, reflecting a broader crisis of public trust.
