Sondaj: Presiunea economică afectează starea de bine a angajaților
A recent eJobs Romania survey reveals that 77.4% of employers noticed changes affecting employee well-being this year, primarily due to economic pressures. Many companies had to implement cost-cutting measures, impacting salaries and benefits. Despite maintaining productivity, employees are experiencing higher emotional strain, with 33% reporting burnout. Employers are divided on salary negotiations, with some unable to adjust due to budget constraints. Employee loyalty appears to be declining, with many willing to leave for better financial offers. Stability in the workplace is now a key retention factor, alongside company culture and flexibility. The survey included 115 employers and 1,000 employees.
