Salary remains a major dissatisfaction point for employees, with 43.5% wishing to change it. Additionally, 33% of employees experience high burnout levels, and 27.9% feel insecure about job stability. The survey highlights a disconnect between employee and employer perceptions regarding job security and satisfaction factors.
