Sondaj din piața muncii: 46% dintre candidați au încercat să-și schimbe jobul cel puțin o dată în ultima lună
A recent study by eJobs Romania and Reveal Marketing Research reveals that 46% of job seekers have actively searched for employment in the past month, primarily due to financial dissatisfaction. Many candidates feel increased competition, with 78% noting a rise in job competition and 77% applying to more positions. To secure jobs, 35% are willing to change fields, while others are open to less flexible schedules or lower-level positions. Additionally, 38% are considering a second job for extra income. Candidates expect salary transparency from employers, yet only 40% of job postings include salary information. The study surveyed 1,206 respondents in August, with 903 actively seeking jobs in the last two years.
