During a control in Dâmbovița, gendarmes found a deceased man listed as a driver in the SUMAL 2.0 application for wood transport. The discovery was made after noticing unclear photos uploaded in the app. Further checks revealed that the individual had been registered as a driver for 122 wood transport operations since May 2025. Gendarmes have filed a report regarding potential offenses related to the use of false data in SUMAL 2.0 and unauthorized access to an information system.
