Many drivers express frustration over aggressive behavior from faster vehicles, leading to dangerous situations. The traffic code does not set a general minimum speed on highways, and minimum speed limits can only be established by signs. Driving unjustifiably below the minimum speed can result in fines, with penalties increasing from July 2026.
