A 35-year-old man from Bihor was detained after driving erratically under the influence of alcohol and without a driver's license. Police were alerted by a traffic participant and stopped the vehicle on DN 1. The driver tested positive for 0.82 mg/l of alcohol in his breath and was taken for medical tests. He has no valid driving license for any vehicle category. The police have retained him for 24 hours, and the investigation is ongoing under the supervision of a prosecutor.
