A 32-year-old man from Teleorman was caught driving without a license and under the influence of alcohol, transporting seven people, including two in the trunk. The incident occurred in Argeș on September 4-5, around 1 AM. Police stopped the vehicle and found the driver lacked a valid license and showed signs of intoxication. A breathalyzer test revealed an alcohol level exceeding 0.40 mg/l. The driver was taken to a medical facility for further testing. He faces criminal charges for driving without a license and under the influence, and was fined for violating passenger transport regulations. Additionally, the car lacked valid insurance, leading to the seizure of its registration certificate and plates. Investigations are ongoing to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
