Sobe pe lemne și centrale vechi: cu ce vor fi schimbate instalațiile existente în gospodăriile românilor. Aprobare la Parlament
Romanian households using wood stoves or solid fuel heating systems may receive support to replace them with more efficient and less polluting options. A recently approved law allows for voluntary replacement of inefficient heating installations, with a gradual implementation until 2040. The law aims to reduce the use of solid fossil fuels and biomass in heating, while providing alternatives like geothermal sources and heat pumps. Participation in the replacement program is voluntary, and existing systems can still be used under sustainable conditions. The project also sets targets for replacing heating units and increasing renewable energy use in heating and cooling.
