Soarta "celui mai scump viraj la stânga" din Bucureşti. Ce se întâmplă cu pasajul care nu duce nicăieri

Bucharest plans to complete the long-delayed Ciurel Passage, which has been criticized as the "most expensive left turn". The project aims to connect the passage to the A1 highway, reducing pollution and traffic congestion in the west of the city. The new road is expected to be finished by 2034 and will alleviate traffic for around 400,000 vehicles monthly. The Sector 6 municipality has taken over the project, which requires expropriations and demolitions along the route. The initial construction of the Ciurel Passage cost 55 million euros and took 14 years, while the extension is projected to cost 266 million euros.
