Slovacia sfidează liniile Bruxelles-ului și anunță că reia legăturile cu Rusia. Robert Fico trimite săptămâna viitoare o delegație la Moscova

Slovakia plans to reactivate the Russian-Slovak Intergovernmental Commission, suspended since November 2021, with a delegation visiting Moscow on October 26. This move aims to strengthen bilateral ties, focusing on energy security and economic relations, distancing Slovakia from the EU's official stance. The Slovak Foreign Ministry emphasized the importance of energy cooperation and gas supply discussions. Prime Minister Robert Fico, known for his pro-Russian views, has criticized EU sanctions and expressed a preference for neutrality over NATO membership. Recent military-diplomatic contacts have also resumed between the two nations.
