David Azzato, a Swiss millionaire and co-founder of Nuba Mamaia, is under investigation by the Paris Prosecutor's Office for his site Sexemodel, which allegedly exploits minors for prostitution. The inquiry, led by the cybercrime section, aims to shut down the platform. This follows a cross-border journalistic investigation revealing Azzato's connections to the site, which reportedly generates €20 million annually. Azzato has a history of legal issues, including a 2011 conviction for aggravated pimping in France, but Swiss authorities have not acted on international arrest warrants due to local laws permitting such sites. The investigation was prompted by a complaint from a child protection commissioner.
