The head of the Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova, acknowledged unprecedented attacks since the system's launch for the upcoming State Duma elections. CikLeak stated their intent was to highlight the system's vulnerabilities, urging voters to participate in person. They claimed to have obtained sensitive internal documents and data from the contractor Tsifrotekh, which developed the platform.
