Sistemul electoral al Rusiei, spart de hackeri înaintea alegerilor
Russia's electronic voting system faced a cyberattack from the group CikLeak, claiming access to the Central Election Commission's infrastructure. This announcement followed officials' reassurances about the system's security amid numerous cyber threats. The head of the Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova, acknowledged unprecedented attacks since the system's launch for the upcoming State Duma elections. CikLeak stated their intent was to highlight the system's vulnerabilities, urging voters to participate in person. They claimed to have obtained sensitive internal documents and data from the contractor Tsifrotekh, which developed the platform. The independent publication Important Stories is verifying the authenticity of the leaked documents.
