Sistemul e-Terra al ANCPI rămâne indisponibil după atacul ransomware

The e-Terra IT system of the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity is still down after a ransomware attack on July 14. The restoration process is complex and requires independent security testing before services can resume. Meanwhile, the unavailability of e-Terra is impacting numerous real estate transactions, prompting legislative measures to delay VAT increases on housing.
