The platform's email domain faced temporary restrictions from major providers like Gmail and Yahoo, causing delays in notifications. CNAIR is working with STS to enhance email delivery capacity and is conducting a technical analysis with the payment processor to resolve issues. Users can still use their accounts and credits without incurring additional costs during the technical difficulties.
