Denmark will see the highest retirement age at 74 for men, while Turkey has the lowest at 52. For women, Denmark, Norway, and the Netherlands currently have the highest retirement age at 67, with Turkey at 49. Overall, the trend indicates a shift towards later retirement across Europe.
