In Oradea, 120 students graduated from Romania's first Dual Education Consortium, which offers free accommodation, meals, and scholarships. The project, initiated in 2022, aims to align education with labor market needs. It is the only operational consortium in the country, despite funding for ten such units. The program emphasizes practical training in partnership with local companies, providing students with qualifications beyond diplomas. The initiative seeks to change perceptions about vocational education, encouraging parents to support their children's participation in dual education.
