The airline reclaimed the title from Qatar Airways, which ranked second this year. Other top airlines included Cathay Pacific, All Nippon Airways, Turkish Airlines, and Emirates. Singapore Airlines also received awards for economy class and catering. The awards are based on a global customer satisfaction survey conducted by Skytrax. Notable mentions include STARLUX Airlines, recognized for its clean cabins, and Air France, awarded for best first class. Air Canada was named the best airline in North America.
