Sindicatul medicilor SANITAS susține că a obținut în instanță suspendarea proiectului legii salarizării

The Bucharest Court of Appeal has suspended the effects of a controversial salary law for public sector employees, allowing for further dialogue between the government and unions. This decision blocks the legislative process initiated by a dismissed government, citing a lack of genuine consultation. The Sanitas Federation claims the law would negatively impact many healthcare workers' salaries. Following the ruling, the government is required to resume official negotiations with public sector unions. A warning strike has already taken place, with a general strike planned for July 28, 2026.
