Sindicaliştii din Educaţie cer să se revină la grila de salarizare din 2023: "E o cacealma acest proiect de lege"

Union leaders from the education sector expressed dissatisfaction after discussions at Cotroceni regarding the unified salary law. They met with government officials but found the conclusions unpromising, demanding a return to the 2023 salary grids. They highlighted that many bonuses are either ignored or partially considered, leading to a miscalculation of expenses. The proposed budget of 3 billion lei would leave salaries frozen for 18% of teachers, with an average expected increase of 892 lei per employee. The leaders criticized the law as misleading and warned of future repercussions for retiring teachers. They indicated that if the school year starts with protests, it will be a decision made by their colleagues.
