The former cigarette factory in Sfântu Gheorghe is set to be transformed into an educational and scientific center, funded by a European grant. The project involves restoring six historic buildings and creating a space of nearly 5,000 square meters, featuring a flight simulator, planetarium, and interactive laboratories. This initiative aims to revitalize the area and attract over 35,000 visitors in its first year, with a maximum capacity of 70,000 annually. The center is expected to be completed by December 2029.
