The Romanian Gendarmerie announced tactical exercises involving military personnel in four counties, focusing on crisis intervention scenarios. The exercises will take place from September 27 to October 3, 2026, in Dâmbovița, with additional activities in Prahova, Argeș, and Ilfov. Over 500 military personnel from 19 countries will participate, utilizing helicopters and drones. The Gendarmerie reassured the public that these activities are planned and pose no real danger.
