Romanian crew Simone Tempestini and Francesca Maior finished seventh in the Czech Rally, the fifth round of the European Rally Championship. Czech driver Adam Březík secured his first career win in the competition. Tempestini had a strong start, winning the qualifying stage but dropped to ninth after Saturday. He improved to seventh on Sunday, finishing 1 minute and 33.7 seconds behind Březík. The podium was completed by Teemu Suninen and Andrea Mabellini. After five rounds, Tempestini is sixth in the ERC standings with 40 points, while Suninen leads with 108 points.
