George Simion, leader of the extremist AUR party, claims Sorin Grindeanu's name appears in a corruption case involving Cristian Anton, head of the Road Authority. Grindeanu, who previously worked with Anton, stated he had no prior knowledge of any wrongdoing. He emphasized that if any of his collaborators broke the law, they must face consequences. Grindeanu also mentioned he has not been summoned by the DNA for questioning regarding this case. Cristian Anton was detained by DNA after authorities discovered over 500,000 euros in his home.
