Simion, despre amendamentul privind decarbonizarea: „De bun simț”

George Simion, leader of AUR, announced support for an amendment to the decarbonization emergency ordinance, emphasizing the need to replace coal facilities before closure. He questioned the European Commission's stance on potential sanctions for this amendment. The amendment, adopted in the Senate, ensures no coal plant is closed without new energy capacities in place. However, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan warned that this change could lead to penalties from the EU due to previous commitments.
