Siguranța rutieră se învață de mic: sute de elevi, la Smart Urban Mobility 2026

On October 8, 2026, students from Bucharest and Ilfov will gather at Romexpo for a road safety event aimed at educating them on safe practices around vehicles. The event, part of the Smart Urban Mobility program, includes workshops and demonstrations led by police, paramedics, and driving instructors. Participants will learn about pedestrian safety, responsible driving, and emergency response techniques. The initiative highlights the importance of road education in reducing accidents, as Romania has a high rate of road fatalities, often due to pedestrian negligence. The event aims to instill lifelong safety habits in children, preparing them to be responsible road users in the future.
