Siegfried Mureșan exclude depunerea mandatului și merge la votul de învestitură

Designated Prime Minister Siegfried Mureșan stated he will not withdraw his mandate and will proceed to a parliamentary vote, regardless of support. He emphasized the importance of public accountability from parliamentary parties regarding the new government. Mureșan aims to clarify the position of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) on supporting a pro-European government or aligning with AUR. He outlined three reasons for attending the vote: constitutional duty, presenting the proposed government agenda, and clarifying party positions. Mureșan believes that the vote will reveal PSD's stance and address political blockages in Romania.
