This period is deemed optimal for planting according to industry standards. The first phase includes planting spring-flowering plants and biennials, with a total of 60,000 plants to be added, including 45,000 bulbs and 15,000 pansies and primroses. Tree planting will begin in early November, with 220 trees of various species planned for several city locations.
