Sibieni nemulțumiți de construcția unor blocuri lângă parcul Belvedere: Atrag atenția că terenul e instabil: „Au fost alunecări”
Two companies plan to build several apartment blocks near Belvedere Park in Sibiu, raising concerns among locals about land stability and infrastructure issues. Residents fear that the area is prone to landslides and that existing water and sewage systems are inadequate for the proposed development of 332 apartments and 500 parking spaces. They also demand a traffic study due to anticipated congestion. Additionally, locals worry that new buildings will obstruct views of the Făgăraș Mountains and negatively impact the park's landscape. The project designer claims that necessary infrastructure improvements will be made to mitigate these concerns.
