Sfânta Cuvioasă Parascheva 2026. A început cel mai mare pelerinaj din ţară. Mii de oameni s-au adunat la Iaşi. Premiera din acest an

On October 8, the pilgrimage to the relics of Saint Parascheva began in Iași, attracting thousands of believers. This year, the opening service was held outdoors in front of the Metropolitan Cathedral, a change from previous years when it took place inside. The relics were displayed in a specially arranged canopy after being brought out by priests. Many pilgrims expressed great joy during their visit. CFR announced additional train services to Iași for the occasion, anticipating an increase in visitors as the feast day on October 14 approaches. Saint Parascheva, known for her miracles, lived in the 11th century and dedicated her life to faith and charity. Her relics have been housed in Iași since the 17th century, despite being moved during wars.
