Saint Dimitrie cel Nou, the protector of Bucharest, will be celebrated at the Patriarchal Cathedral starting October 18. The events will culminate with the Calea Sfinților procession on October 24, featuring relics of various saints. From October 18 to 23, worshippers can venerate the relics inside the cathedral, as restoration work is ongoing outside. The procession will begin at noon on October 24, with two columns meeting at the Patriarchal Hill before proceeding to the cathedral. Patriarch Daniel will bless the relics upon their arrival.
