The new proposal includes amendments affecting Fritz and similar cases, as well as the partners of officials. The law aims to enforce stricter integrity measures for local elected officials. USR has criticized the amendments as politically motivated, claiming they are designed to remove Fritz from office. The Senate's legal committee will prepare a report for the plenary session, requiring 64 votes for adoption.
