Serviciul nu se mai termină când pleci de la birou. Fenomenul care afectează milioane de europeni

The blurring of work-life boundaries in Europe is increasingly concerning, with many employees feeling pressured to remain available outside working hours. A Eurofound study reveals that one in five EU workers is contacted after hours, contributing to heightened stress levels. Nearly 59% of respondents report frequent work-related stress, while only 17% who aren't contacted feel the same. Remote workers are particularly affected, with two-thirds receiving after-hours communications. Some European countries have enacted laws to protect employees' right to disconnect, but enforcement remains challenging. Cultural shifts within organizations are also necessary to address this issue.
