Mircea Abrudean emphasized the need for political unity to expedite legislative solutions, particularly in light of recent cyberattacks on ANCPI that have disrupted essential real estate operations. Two legislative proposals are currently under consideration to extend the reduced VAT application deadline for housing, ensuring that buyers are not adversely affected by administrative delays.
