Senatul, convocat în sesiune extraordinară pentru legile din PNRR și soluția privind TVA la locuințe

The Senate will hold an extraordinary session from July 27-31 to address legislative projects related to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and issues at the ANCPI. The session aims to prevent the loss of European funds and resolve the VAT situation for housing purchases affected by a cyberattack. A proposed extension until August 31 is under discussion to protect those with signed contracts. The Chamber of Deputies will also convene during this period to address various legislative initiatives, including amendments to health and education laws. Political consensus is deemed necessary for the adoption of these projects.
