Senators have returned from vacation and are discussing ten legislative proposals aimed at increasing civilian and military pensions. These proposals include benefits for specific groups of pensioners, such as truck and bus drivers, who may qualify for early retirement. Another proposal suggests that pensioners who received undue payments through no fault of their own will not have to repay those amounts. Additionally, a QR code may be added to pension documents to facilitate access to public transport benefits. Other initiatives include reducing retirement age for female military personnel based on the number of children raised and allowing the accumulation of service periods in both military and public pension systems. All proposals are currently under review by Senate committees before a vote.
