Semnal transmis de Kremlin: „Trebuie să discutăm cu întreaga Europă. Ce s-a încercat până acum nu a funcționat”
Kremlin's advisor Ușakov emphasized the need for Europe to be involved in peace talks regarding Ukraine, stating that previous efforts have failed. He criticized the U.S. for not pressuring Kyiv effectively and highlighted Europe's potential role in negotiations. The EU has shown a cautious willingness to engage in discussions with Russia, with leaders supporting talks between Ukraine's Zelensky and Putin. Russia expressed readiness to resume trilateral negotiations with Ukraine and the U.S. after November 4. Preparations for a potential meeting between Putin, Xi Jinping, and Trump are also underway, coinciding with the APEC summit.
