He emphasized the need for adequate personnel to maintain and adapt the expanding road network to modern mobility and safety requirements. Pistol pointed out that nearly 10% of positions are unfilled, which exacerbates the pressure on existing staff. He called for new hires, particularly engineers and workers, to enhance operational efficiency and meet the growing demands of infrastructure management.
