„Semafor” pentru furnizorii de energie: cei cu multe plângeri nerezolvate vor fi marcați cu roșu
The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) will publicly evaluate electricity and gas suppliers based on their complaint resolution performance. A new procedure was approved, introducing a Complaint Management Index (IGP) to classify suppliers by their customer service effectiveness. This index will be calculated quarterly and displayed in official comparators, allowing consumers to assess not only prices but also service quality. Suppliers will be color-coded from red to green based on their IGP scores, promoting transparency and enabling consumers to make informed choices. This initiative aligns with the European Commission's Citizens Energy Package, aiming for greater transparency and improved complaint management.
