Șelimbărean oprit în trafic după ce conducea haotic: a fost băgat în arest

A 38-year-old man from Șelimbăr was arrested for refusing to provide biological samples after being caught driving under the influence. Police intervened after reports of erratic driving on October 17, 2026. The driver tested positive for alcohol with a concentration of 1.09 mg/l. He declined to go to the hospital for further testing, leading to a criminal case against him. He was detained for 24 hours and later placed in preventive custody for 30 days by the Sibiu Court.
