Șeful sindicatului Metrorex: Doar 13 angajați din conducerea companiei nu au rude angajate la metrou • Newsweek România
Metrorex faces challenges in negotiating a new Collective Labor Agreement due to a significant number of employees having relatives working in the company. Only 13 out of hundreds of employees do not have family members employed at Metrorex, complicating the formation of a negotiation committee. This situation arises from a recent decision prohibiting individuals with relatives in the company from participating in negotiations. Union leader Marian Artimon has warned of potential strikes if negotiations do not progress, emphasizing the need for compliance with labor laws and the implementation of workers' rights in the new agreement. The last salary increase occurred in January 2025, following a fare hike.
