Șeful Sberbank avertizează că economia Rusiei „îngheață”
German Gref, CEO of Sberbank, indicated that Russia's economy is showing signs of significant slowdown, describing it as a "cooling" or even "hypothermia." He urged authorities to implement measures to support businesses and stimulate investments. Gref highlighted a notable decline in business confidence and economic indicators, estimating a GDP growth of only 0.6% in the first half of 2026, well below the Central Bank's potential. He emphasized the need for a supportive policy to boost investments and stabilize economic growth, while the Central Bank maintains a restrictive monetary policy to combat inflation. Despite Western sanctions, Sberbank reported a record net profit last year and anticipates further growth in the coming years.
