Șeful influentului blog militar rusesc Rybar, arestat în Muntenegru

Mihail Zvinciuk, head of the Russian military blog Rybar, was arrested in Montenegro amid concerns of destabilization attempts. He was detained with his wife and three other Russians while allegedly planning to film at a local monastery. Rybar claims they were in the country legally and expects their release. Montenegro's Prime Minister confirmed the arrests, citing serious indications of hybrid warfare threats. The country has tense relations with Russia, having accused it of a coup attempt in 2016 and imposed sanctions due to the Ukraine war. In response to the arrests, Russia's Dmitry Medvedev suggested potential retaliatory actions against European and American citizens.
