Ciprian Ionuț Trifan, the president of CJ Vaslui, was summoned for questioning at DNA Iași regarding the case of businessman Fănel Bogos. Sources indicate that the inquiry is linked to allegations against Bogos, who faces charges of instigation to blackmail and influence peddling. Trifan arrived at the DNA office but did not comment to the press. Bogos was previously interrogated in early September and has been under judicial control since March 2026 after being arrested in November 2025. The case also involves the secretary general of the Government, Cristina Trăilă, who is a suspect in the same investigation.
