The agency's head, Adrian Nica, confirmed ongoing legal actions to reclaim the debt, including potential asset seizures. He emphasized that all necessary measures are being taken, regardless of the debtor's identity. Nica acknowledged the possibility of repercussions for himself but remains committed to the recovery process. The claim stems from 17 years of rental income that Iohannis must repay after losing the legal battle over the property.
