Șefa FMI afirmă că economia mondială a rezistat bine şocului energetic provocat de războiul cu Iranul
The global economy has coped better than expected with the energy shock from the Iran conflict, according to IMF chief Kristalina Georgieva. However, rising debt, persistent inflation, and deteriorating fiscal conditions in some countries remain significant risks. Georgieva noted a tension between negative energy supply shocks and the benefits of AI investment growth. While global economic growth is facing strong obstacles, it has managed to withstand the energy shock due to various factors, including reduced oil and gas reserves and increased energy supply from outside the Gulf. AI investments in the US continue to support corporate profits and consumer spending.
