Șefa CCR pleacă din țară înaintea audierii de la Senat

Simina Tănăsescu, the President of the Constitutional Court, is currently in France for an international meeting on constitutional justice. She is scheduled to explain an unannounced meeting with former Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan in Parliament shortly after her return. The meeting, which took place in August, has raised questions, especially after video evidence surfaced showing their encounter. Tănăsescu will also host a delegation from North Macedonia later this month.
