Șefa CCR, despre mandatul lui Dominic Fritz după decizia de astăzi. „Așa e redactată legea în prezent”
The head of Romania's Constitutional Court confirmed that a new law could end mandates for elected officials found in conflict of interest, including Timișoara's mayor. An amendment to the ANI law was deemed constitutional, allowing sanctions for conflicts of interest to take effect 30 days after the law's enactment. The court also ruled that public officials should not be required to publish financial interest declarations, citing privacy concerns. Additionally, an amendment requiring partners of officials to declare assets was declared unconstitutional.
