The interim Minister of Health, Cseke Attila, announced that the Floreasca Hospital must address deficiencies in the Internal Medicine Department within 30 days, leading to its temporary closure. A fine of 25,000 lei was imposed due to non-compliance with sanitary authorization. The main issue involved using patient rooms as medical staff spaces, highlighting a lack of proper facilities for staff. Measures have been mandated to update the hospital's structure and ensure compliance with legal standards. During the closure, patients will be redirected to partner hospitals for care. A follow-up inspection will occur after 30 days to ensure compliance.
